1. Order Processing Time
We process and prepare orders for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after an order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 2 PM Pacific will be processed on the next business day .
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options. Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed .

3. International Shipping

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost .
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase. For more details on our free shipping offer, please see Section 2 .
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website .

7. Returns, Changes & Cancellations
